We acquired this former car park site with existing planning permission for 20 self-contained dwellings. Following a detailed review with our planning team and negotiating with Sevenoaks planning department, we successfully secured approval for an additional 4 units, enhancing the overall scheme and maximising the site’s potential into 24 self contained apartments.

We have strategically acquired neighbouring properties to establish a combined footprint exceeding 0.38 acres (16,500 sq. ft.) in the prime location of Dartford Town Centre. Recognising the significant potential of the site, we collaborated closely with our planning team to explore various development schemes. Following the approval of permission for 21 residential units, alongside the retention of the ground-floor commercial space, we are pleased to announce that construction is now underway.
