We are in the process of submitting an eco-friendly designed house to fit in with the local street scene.

We acquired this part-constructed site with the benefit of planning permission, the proposed mixed-use scheme offers an attractive gated and courtyard development of 14 one and two bed apartments all with private balconies. There is retail office space on the ground floor.

This project is in its initial design concept stage. We intend to submit a mixed-use scheme providing housing and commercial workspace to the local community.

We are at the design stages and hope to deliver a scheme of terraced houses, currently waiting upon comments from the planning department following our pre application submission.

Acquired for redevelopment and investment. In May 2023 we received planning permission for the erection of a two storey rear extension at second and third floor levels, along with the reconfiguration of the existing uppers floors to provide 11 residential apartments.

Successfully received planning permission to create an iconic new-build block within the heart of Gravesend Town Centre. Permission granted to create a lower ground floor commercial unit with nineteen residential apartments above, along with the retention of the former public house in to a further three residential apartments.

Acquired for redevelopment. We are currently strategizing our next steps and compiling evidence of previous planning history with our Planning & Consultancy Team.

We have strategically purchased neighbouring buildings, in order to create a footprint in excess of 0.38 acres/16,500 sq. ft. located within the heart of Dartford Town Centre. We are hoping to submit a mixed scheme planning application this year, following consultation with Dartford Council Planning Department.

We are currently at design stage in readiness to submit a pre application with the local authority. We hope to develop a sympathetic scheme which will fulfil the local housing requirements.
