We are delighted to announce that, following close collaboration with the local council, full planning permission has now been granted for the development of six high-quality new homes in Bexleyheath. This exciting project will see the transformation of the former car park site into a thoughtfully designed residential scheme, bringing much-needed housing to the area while enhancing the local streetscape.

Acquired for redevelopment and investment. In May 2023 we received planning permission for the erection of a two storey rear extension at second and third floor levels, along with the reconfiguration of the existing uppers floors to provide 11 residential apartments.

Following the successful conversion of part of the historic Old Deptford Police Station in 2024, detailed feasibility studies have been conducted for the remaining sections of this significant site. With a strong emphasis on preserving the building’s heritage and character, a proposal for an innovative residential development, situated in close proximity to New Cross Station, has been submitted for planning review. The planning application is currently under consideration, and we remain confident in a favourable outcome for our scheme, submitted for 5 self-contained apartments .

We have acquired a prime development site in a sought-after area of Bromley, with planning approval in place to build a stylish three- to four-storey building featuring ten generously sized, well-designed apartments. Right now, we’re carrying out detailed investigative work and wrapping up our construction drawings to ensure top-notch quality and design. We’re excited to get started on this project and are fully committed to creating exceptional homes that future residents will love.

We have strategically acquired neighbouring properties to establish a combined footprint exceeding 0.38 acres (16,500 sq. ft.) in the prime location of Dartford Town Centre. Recognising the significant potential of the site, we collaborated closely with our planning team to explore various development schemes.
