We have acquired a prime development site in a sought-after area of Bromley, with planning approval in place to build a stylish three- to four-storey building featuring ten generously sized, well-designed apartments. Right now, we’re carrying out detailed investigative work and wrapping up our construction drawings to ensure top-notch quality and design. We have strategically acquired neighbouring properties to establish a combined footprint exceeding 0.38 acres (16,500 sq. ft.) in the prime location of Dartford Town Centre. Recognising the significant potential of the site, we collaborated closely with our planning team to explore various development schemes. Following the approval of permission for 21 residential units, alongside the retention of the ground-floor commercial space, we are pleased to announce that construction is now underway.
