Following the acquisition of this former office building, which did not initially benefit from planning permission for residential use, we successfully secured approval for its conversion into nineteen apartments. Through close collaboration with our architect and ongoing discussions with the local planning authority, we were subsequently able to enhance the original scheme, resulting in the approval of two additional apartments.
