The Kallarview Group of companies, founded in 2003, are privately owned residential and commercial development and investment companies. We focus on both the commercial and residential sectors. Our offices are based in South East London and North West Kent and we operate within London and the Home Counties.

We are a team of resolute and experienced professionals with proven track records in complex property development and investment. Through our network of professionals and in-house specialists, we optimise the redevelopment potential of our sites through effective planning negotiation. We deliver value through a combination of rigorous analysis, hands on management and innovative design.

Our directors Lakh Kallar and Sukh Kallar have a wealth of experience within all aspects of property, from property developing, construction, property management, commercial investments and residential buy-to-lets.

Lakh’s visionary ability, tenacity and drive to get a deal over the line is one of his major assets. He thinks outside of the box and is able to offer solutions and alternatives when he comes across obstacles to ensure that all parties are satisfied and happy to strike a deal. He is knowledgeable in property legal processes regarding planning and acquisitions, resulting in positive outcomes. Sukh’s expertise is rooted in his knowledge of construction, planning enhancement and architectural design. With an attention to detail, Sukh is able to draw on a wealth of experience (conversion, new build, project enhancement and understanding of unconventional building) in order to provide partners and affiliates with valuable knowledge to benefit them when working on acquisitions.

From exceptional bespoke dwellings, the restoration and conversion of heritage buildings and the delivery of new houses and apartments, Kallarview is dedicated to producing exceptional homes that stand the test of time.

Kallarview regularly works with private and public sectors to create affordable homes that meet the growing needs of local communities, using where possible, local business partners and sub-contractors. Our aim is to provide homes that our customers would be proud of. We construct a wide variety of housing and apartment types in carefully selected locations, where both existing and new residents can enjoy access to local amenities.

Our homes are always built to the highest of standards and are all covered by the industry-recognised Buildmark 10-year warranty, which gives home-buyers total peace of mind when purchasing their perfect home. Through our own construction company (Kallarview Construction), we design and build prime developments.
